The First Congregational Church welcomes all children to our child care program. Childcare is available every Sunday morning from 9:15 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.. The nursery is located on the first floor, next to the Sanctuary. The room is an inviting space with age appropriate equipment. You and your child will be greeted by two caregivers.

You are welcome to stay until your child is comfortable, then go to worship, knowing that your child is in good hands. Caring for these children, the youngest in our Sunday school, provides the first experience they will have in church. This introduction is important.

Our goal is to provide a comforting, enjoyable and secure place for them while their parents attend worship. Our staff of caregivers is a group of parents, older youth and adult members of the congregation, who enjoy working with small children. In keeping with our Safe Sanctuary Policy, the caregivers have background checks completed. Parents and caregivers, working together, can insure that the children’s time at First Congregational Church will be safe and pleasurable.
